Happy Birthday Jo

My good fren Jo just celebrated her birthday last week on the 16th (Guess I shouldn't mention how old/young she is!) ;P

Boy did she really celebrate(with her stomach!). On Friday Liz & I brought her out for Japanese buffet at Ichi-Ban (DO NOT go there.... half the food there are not even japanese!!) Then on saturday we went out to dinner with her family ....obviously the dad knows how much we can eat and ordered so much food we can't even finish it which is kind of embarassing becoz there's me, Tiki & Patrick around(If you know us you'll understand why!). ok Patrick was suffering from diarrhea so he can't eat that much! haha And on sunday she invited a few frens over for steamboat. Of course knowing Jo..there's plenty of food and leftovers.

I've known Jo since we were in standard 1 (around 7 years old!) and now she's oledi turned *censored* years old *wink* and has a daughter, my godaughter, Helena. Her parents (which are my godparents..sort of...hehe) practically watched me grew up. I've often thank God for having a fren like her becoz whenever I'm down or are in some difficult situations I know that I can alwiz turn to her (Jo..if you are reading this and know what I'm talking about...~~BIG THANK YOU~~).

So....here's to many more years of laughter, eating, tears, joy & friendship. HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLD FRIEND!

Fat = Lazy?!?!

I get peeved off everytime my mom ask me to do stuff and she mentions the word "lazy". "Moh Foong go help ur dad in the garden..move a bit..dun be so lazy..." "Moh Foong please help me wash the car pouch...dun be so lazy" "Moh Foong keep the clothes...dun be so lazy" Duh... I dun mind doing all those stuff but does she have to mention the word "lazy"? If I'm that lazy would I help her do the house chores? Does people naturally assume that all fat people are lazy? I know a few "non-fat" people who are as lazy or even lazier than me. why....I even have a very good example right here at home. My eldest sister. Not only is she stupid, ugly & a psycho, she's one the laziest person I've known in the world. Everytime mom ask her to help out she alwiz says she's busy. Who does she thing she is? She treats my mom like a maid. She doesn't even wash up her own plates after eating. She doesn't make up her own bed. She doesn't clear the rubbish in her room. She doesn't even put the old newpapers that she has read in the storeroom. And she's 35 years old?!?! Useless good for nothing bum.

SO does that make me lazy? Maybe we, the fat people have a more "lazy" look so we are just more lazy than everyone else. Am I lazy becoz I'm really really lazy? Or am I lazy becoz since young my parents have been calling me lazy (becoz of my weight)? Or I'm not really lazy but becoz my parents have alwiz accuse me of being lazy so I might as well act the part? I'm sure all of us have some "laziness" in us. If I dun do some stuff..I'm lazy. If other people dun do stuff...they are busy.... What a joke. Sad

Anyone watching Rockstar INXS on Starworld? I think I've just been turned into a rock fan. All the contestants were awesome. Check out this performance of Jordis singing "The Man who sold the World". She ROCK!! ....After watching this show you'll think that all the contestant on American Idol are not really that good! haha Bo who? ;P
