Fresh Udon! oiiishi!

This morning we walk over to Madeiniya, a Udon restuarant, also run by Tanpopo-no-ie. The udon we saw them made yesterday.....it is used in this restaurant.
That's Madeiniya. It's beside a shopping area near our Hotel. The space is given to them free.
Had a feedback session with Shiraiewa-san. She told us her experience before she started Tanpopo-no-ie. I started asking her about self-advocacy in her center (job-habit....can't stray away from it!haha) They do have a self-autonomous group (in japan they use different terms) in the center.

My udon....char siew udon... and they also roast their on rosat pork there. The soup is ....just heavenly. I asked Shiraiewas-san for the "secret" recipe. hahaha
